Usage and Care

How do I use a Filtrare pour over coffee maker?

Place a filter in the coffee maker, add your ground coffee, and slowly pour hot water over the grounds in a circular motion. Allow the coffee to filter through into the carafe for a rich, flavorful brew.

What type of filters do I need for Filtrare coffee makers?

Our coffee makers are designed to work with many filter types, but our favorite is the Chemex paper filters.

Is the ceramic dishwasher safe?

Yes, our coffee makers are dishwasher safe, but handwashing is recommended to preserve their finish and longevity.

How do I clean my ceramic coffee maker?

Rinse thoroughly with warm water after each use. For deeper cleaning, use a mild dish soap and a soft sponge. Avoid abrasive cleaners or scrubbers that could damage the ceramic finish.

What’s the difference between in-stock, Limited Editions, and made-to-order?

In Stock pieces are available now and ship quickly.

Limited Editions are also in stock, but in very small quantities and may not return once sold out.

Made to Order pieces are created after you purchase, so they take a little longer to ship.

The Victorian is formed as a single, one-piece ceramic piece, so there’s no separate dripper or carafe to manage—just a seamless, durable design that stays ready on your counter. High-quality ceramic offers excellent heat retention, helping coffee stay warmer longer than glass or plastic, and an optional matching ceramic lid adds even more warmth between pours.

The Victorian’s generous handle is shaped for a comfortable, secure grip, and the refined spout guides a smooth, steady stream with better control over direction and flow. With a 52 oz (1.5 L) capacity, it easily scales from a single cup to sharing.

Shipping and Orders

Where do you ship?

We currently ship to most countries.  Please contact us if you're unable to process an order.

How much does shipping cost?

Shipping is included for orders to the US and Canada. However you may incur duties and taxes above and beyond our shipping costs.

How long will it take for my order to arrive?

In Stock and Limited Editions are ready to ship and typically leave in 2 business days (Limited Editions are simply available in smaller quantities).

Made to Order pieces are created after you purchase, so please allow 1–2 weeks before shipping.

Can I track my order?

Yes! Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number via email, allowing you to monitor its progress.

Returns and Exchanges

What is your return policy?

We accept returns on unused, undamaged items within 30 days of purchase. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrives damaged or defective.

What if my product arrives damaged or defective?

If your product arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the damage and photos of the box. Please keep the box. We’ll promptly arrange for a replacement or refund.
