Is the ceramic dishwasher safe?
Yes, our coffee makers are dishwasher safe, but handwashing is recommended to preserve their finish and longevity.
How do I clean my ceramic coffee maker?
Rinse thoroughly with warm water after each use. For deeper cleaning, use a mild dish soap and a soft sponge. Avoid abrasive cleaners or scrubbers that could damage the ceramic finish.

Each Filtrare coffee maker is designed in Canada and handmade in small batches in Chicago. The one-piece ceramic design eliminates the need for a separate dripper and carafe, offering simplicity and durability in one seamless form.
Crafted from high-quality ceramic, it provides excellent heat retention — better than glass or plastic — helping your coffee stay warm as you enjoy it. An optional matching ceramic lid further enhances heat retention. Ceramic is a healthy, non-toxic, and sustainable material built to last for years.
The handle ensures a comfortable, safe grip during pouring, and the refined spout allows for a smooth, even flow. The large cone shape makes it easy to complete your pour in a single, steady motion for consistent extraction.
With a 52 oz (1.5 L) capacity, it’s perfectly sized for brewing coffee for two.

We currently ship to most countries. Please contact us if you're unable to process an order.
How much does shipping cost?
Basic ground shipping is included, however you may incur duties and taxes above and beyond our shipping costs.
How long will it take for my order to arrive?
Due to high demand, most Filtrare makers are made to order. Production typically takes 5–10 days, and you’ll receive email updates at each stage of the process.
Can I track my order?
Yes! Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number via email, allowing you to monitor its progress.
Returns and Exchanges
What is your return policy?
We accept returns on unused, undamaged items within 30 days of purchase. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrives damaged or defective.
What if my product arrives damaged or defective?
If your product arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the damage and photos of the box. Please keep box. We’ll promptly arrange for a replacement or refund.
